Colombo Law represented a gentleman who just trying to do a good deed. He was helping a neighbor by letting a concrete contractor into the neighbor’s property to pour concrete. Unfortunately, the company hired to pour the concrete was in a hurry and failed to follow proper procedures. Their equipment failed in the process causing a piece of the equipment to injure our client. The client had a severely broken leg, multiple surgeries, and continues to have problems.
