Colombo Law was honored to represent the family of a young wife and mother of two who were tragically killed on Interstate 79 in Morgantown. The distracted driver lost control of his vehicle, crossed the median, and struck the woman nearly head on. The loss to her husband and children is immeasurable as is the loss to the Monongalia community. While no amount of money will ever replace the loss of her life, Colombo Law was able to secure a settlement for the family that will help the children into the future.
