Water tanker driver got impatient and pulled directly in front of our client who was travelling in the opposite direction on Rt50. Our client was a rear passenger in a pickup truck and unfortunately did not survive. His family was devastated at such a senseless act. The tanker truck driver tried to blame the driver of our client’s vehicle. Through a thorough investigation as well as an accident reconstruction, it was confirmed that the tanker truck driver was 100% at fault. The trucking company had no choice but to pay their insurance policy limits.
