Dino Colombo and the team at Colombo Law represented a driver and a passenger from Bridgeport, WV who were both injured when a logging truck crossed the center line and struck them. Both the driver and passenger sustained significant injuries. The driver of the logging truck was killed. The logging truck company is no longer in operation and the settlement represents the total amount of insurance coverage available for this claim.
