Westover Man Suffers Severe Leg Injury

Mr. Colombo just concluded a case involving a Morgantown man whose leg was nearly cut off in a work related injury in Westover, West Virginia. The client was working for a plumbing company and was loading equipment into the back of his work truck. The client’s truck was parked on a road that had a steep grade. Also, the roads that day were snow covered and icy.

Unfortunately, a careless driver had illegally parked his truck above the client’s truck and then left his vehicle unattended. The client’s leg was saved, but he is permanently disabled as a result of this accident.
