Rachel Ellen Robinson, 19, of Augusta, WV was killed and two other county residents injured in a two-vehicle crash on July 21, 2013 on state Route 29 near Hanging Rock, according to West Virginia State Police. Brittany Keesling, 18, also of Augusta, and Adam Fox, 18, of Springfield were both injured and taken to the Winchester Medical Center. No information was available concerning their injuries or medical conditions.

Police said that a 2002 Ford Explorer being driven by William Lorenz, 35, of Winchester, Va., collided with a 2010 Subaru Impreza being driven by Fox and also occupied by Keesling and Robinson.

Rachel, originally from Annapolis, MD, was a student at WVU studying Veterinary Medicine. She was a member of 4-H and the Equine & Pre-Vet Club at WVU.
